Council announces intention to appoint Mott MacDonald as the Development Management Team for Cressingham Gardens

In September, residents were invited to an exhibition to meet, quiz and score the potential development management teams competing to work with them to design and develop the new Cressingham Gardens.

After an extensive process, which included scores from the resident exhibition, officer reviews of the written bids and interviews with the Resident Engagement Panel, Mott MacDonald received the highest combined score and the council is pleased to announce their intended appointment as the development management team for Cressingham Gardens.

Scoring Process

Mott MacDonald scored the highest marks for quality in their bid and were ranked the highest by residents who met them at the exhibition and by Resident Engagement Panel members that interviewed them and visited one of their recent developments.

Meet the Team

Following the formal appointment, the new team will be arranging a series of meet and greets, estate walkabouts and drop-ins to get to know the residents over the coming months. These dates will be included in upcoming newsletters, emails and letters. Please come and say hello to the team when they are about and ask them any questions you may have.
