Trinity Rise

We have submitted a planning application to build 20 new genuinely affordable homes, 14 of which will be let at council-level rents and six shared ownership properties. The homes are located on Trinity Rise, on the Cressingham Gardens Estate. The proposals are for a sustainable development with a varied mix of homes including homes that are family and wheelchair accessible.  We have employed a landscape architect to help deliver a better landscape and public realm on site, with new trees and planting.
