IMMEDIATE TIMELINE
Update from the Lambeth Regeneration Team
To help build new homes that meet your needs, we want to understand your housing requirements. To get this important information, we have been completing housing needs surveys with residents on the estate. The surveys completed so far have been really helpful in giving us a better understanding of you and your neighbours' needs.
We still have a number of households we have not been able to complete the survey with yet. In the coming months we will be contacting these households by phone and by door knocking to arrange an appointment if possible.
If you are a secure tenant or a resident homeowner and haven't completed your housing needs survey with us, please contact the team on the details provided.
Would you like an update on the regeneration or are you anxious about what you are entitled to? Would you like to get involved with the development of your new home? Do you know a vulnerable resident that needs support?
Please contact me so I can assist you. The advice is completely independent of Lambeth council and is personal to you and your family.
Drop-in to me see me every Wednesday:
2pm – 8pm, the Engagement Hub at 8 Longford Walk
I can also visit you at your home if you would like a private and confidential meeting.

In order to address some of your concerns, the Council have come up with a set of Key Guarantees for existing Tenants and Homeowners on the estate. You can view them online and hard copies will be available upon request and at the Council Drop-ins.
