Digital Inclusion Survey

We are currently developing our service to support residents who may be able to get more from being online and using the Internet.

This is so those who need support and assistance during our extended period of lockdown and social distancing can keep in touch, access services and engage in our online activities.

To help us develop the project we are asking you to complete this survey.

We want to know who in the community may be very isolated at this time and if vulnerable, can support such as training, access to a device, wifi or data provide help to cope with the situation.

We will also use the survey results to help us improve and extend the service in the future.

You do not have to take part if you don’t want to. You can also leave questions blank if you don’t want to answer them but completing the survey will really help us.
