YOUR HOMES FOR LAMBETH
Hello,
I’m Lauren the new Resident Engagement Support Apprentice at Homes for Lambeth. I focus on supporting the Resident Engagement Officers and the Employability team whilst working alongside our Communications team to ensure that our events and information for residents is being delivered.
I once competed in the Jack Petchey ‘Speak Out’ Challenge, I did a speech about Self Love, called ‘Make-up as a Mask’ and I placed 3rd in the competition!
As a Lambeth resident, I am very proud to have gotten this role, as I can now give back to my community which I love. I deferred my University place to look further into apprenticeships, and this definetly is the right path for me.
I am excited to continue my journey with HFL, and expand my knowledge on the housing industry and how successful businesses operate.
