Meet Mott MacDonald – The Cressingham Gardens’ Development Management Team

The council are pleased to announce that Mott MacDonald have been formally appointed as the development management team for Cressingham Gardens.

Last year, residents were invited to an exhibition to meet, quiz and score the potential development management teams competing to work with them to design and develop the new Cressingham Gardens. After an extensive process, Mott MacDonald received the highest combined score and the council announced their intended appointment.

Mott MacDonald have now been formally appointed as the development management team for Cressingham Gardens. We are pleased to welcome Mott MacDonald aboard and they are eager to start working with residents to put together plans for the new rebuilt estate.
