The Development Management Team have published Newsletter 19 for South Lambeth and it can be read here.
Welcome to this month’s newsletter.
We have some sad news, Lauren has now left Lambeth and Anna will be taking over from her for now until another project manager is appointed. She will be on the estate during some of the weekly drop ins, so come and say hi!
Planning application: The planning application will be submitted shortly and we will let you know when this has happened and how you can see the final plans. In the meantime we have put some of the images in the newsletter of how the estate could look once completed. Once planning has been submitted you will receive letters from Tibbalds and Lambeth planning department. As part of the planning application process we will also publish a legal notice in the South London Press.
Housing Management: We are now looking for your feedback on the future Housing Management service. Like with the Tenancies and Leases, you should read through the booklet and feedback to us with information and questions about the future management of the estate. We will be holding Housing Management service drop in, where you will be able to come ask us any questions, it will be held at 2 Broadstone House on Tuesday 5th December. You have until the 15th December 2017 to have your say on Housing Management.
Drop-ins: Don’t forget we are in 2 Broadstone House every Tuesday between 3.30-7pm.

Welcome to the November edition of the newsletter.
The last date to respond to the consultation on leases and tenancy agreements was 3rd November. Residents provided some useful views/feedback including whether to retain the ‘Right to Buy’ for secure tenants and to introduce the right to sublet if you no longer have 100% equity in your home and decide to become a non-resident home owner in the future.
I would like to thank those of you who took the time to give their views – but it does not stop there. Please remember that as part of the process, residents will be asked for their thoughts on the future housing management service. The process will run until 15th December, so it’s extremely important that you respond – you are the people receiving the service so you are the experts!
If you need any help in completing the feedback booklet please pop into the community hub at no.2 Broadstone House. I am here to support you.
Are you interested in working with us on a project that captures the memories of South Lambeth Estate?
We are looking for residents willing to share their recollections, thoughts, stories and photos of Dorset Road before WW2 to the present day. I look forward to hearing from you!
As a reminder I am based at no.2 Broadstone House, every Tuesday from 3.30pm – 7.00PM. Please feel free to pop in – it can get lonely!
