The planning application was submitted just before Christmas and you should have received information about how to comment on the application. There are a number way you can comment, they include:

Exhibition and drop ins:
We also have an exhibition on the 11th January for you to see what has been submitted to planning. This will be held from 3.30-8pm in 2 Broadstone House. A member of the design team will also be in Wimborne house Lobby between 5-7pm on the 11th January to talk to Wimborne residents about the changes to the ground floor of Wimborne House.
If you can’t make it then pop along to the weekly drop ins on Tuesday between 3.30-7pm. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
The closing date for comments is the 26th January.

Planning application exhibition
The exhibition will give you an opportunity to see what has been submitted for planning approval.

If you are unable to attend this event we have weekly drop in sessions on Tuesdays from 3.30-7pm in 2 Broadstone House

What happens next?
Once the date for comments on the planning application is closed, the planning officers will look at the comments and documents and write a report for the planning committee with their recommendation. This will either be to accept or reject the application.
A date for the planning committee is yet to be arranged but once this is decided we will let you know.
If planning is approved, Lambeth will be able to get a contractor on board to start the works. This can take a little while. We will be talking with your REP about the process and how residents can help choose the right contractor for the estate. If you want to join the REP please get in touch, we always welcome new members.

A while ago we asked you to share your memories of the estate; we have had a handful of residents share some but want to hear from more of you.
Please pop in and have a chat to us during the weekly drop ins on Tuesday from 3.30-7pm.

Before Christmas you would have received a lot of information about the planning application submission to re-build the South Lambeth Estate.
I understand that so much documentation in such a short time can be really confusing, so I and my colleagues at the community hub are happy to explain why the information has been sent and why it is so important that you understand it.

Council drop in,
3:30 - 7pm

Join your independent advisor Yvonne, Cleo from Lambeth and Claire from Tibbalds every Tuesday for the Council Drop in session where there will be opportunities to view the planning application documents and ask questions.
Public drop in
3:30 - 8pm
2 Broadstone House
The Development Management Team will be holding a public drop in session where you will be able to see the drawings and reports that have been included in the submission and also have an opportunity to talk to the team and ask questions.
2 Broadstone House
This meeting will include updates from Lambeth and the Development Management Team including an update about the planning application.
